Fill out the Slave Application Form; to create an authentic session, I need to know your specific BDSM interests and your hard limits. Use a unique slave name on the form. This is the name I will know you by.

I recommend that all slaves apply with a new email address that corresponds with their slave name. This is to assure the privacy and anonymity of all slaves.

 

The slave will list all the toys, tools, and equipment available to them. If the slave has nothing to work with, we will get creative and improvise.

Introduce yourself properly by your slave name so that I will know who you are. This applies when booking a session as well as when starting a session.

 

All bookings must be made a day in advance. I require a 50% deposit for a booking to be confirmed. The outstanding 50% is to be paid on the day of the booking.

 

The slave will book their session for a time when they will be alone and undisturbed. Mistress requires the slaves undivided attention
